throughout St. Clair and Southern Sanilac Counties has immediate openings
for the following positions:
OT, PT, & PTA’s: Occupational Therapists (OT), Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA) with at least two years experience to work in southern Sanilac (Port Sanilac and south) and Northern St. Clair Counties.
RN’s: Registered Nurses to case manage patients in our Home Health Care, Hospice and/or Private Duty divisions working throughout St. Clair County. Full and/or part time positions available.
